Answer: Construction To Perm & End Loan financing is available from a variety of lenders. The vast majority of our customers have found Construction To Perm products to be the most economical. Answer: The primary activities of the Homeowners Association include: Maintenance of the storm system, Maintenance & Management of the Conservation Area, and Management of the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions.


Question: Do I need an irrigation system?
Answer: Each home in Sydney’s Bend Subdivision has a minimum of a front yard irrigation system.


Question: Are sheds allowed?
Answer: Specific lots may accommodate sheds. On lots which prohibit sheds, we can incorporate outdoor storage on an attached shed or shed under the deck.

Answer: Fences are permissible on certain lots. While dog runs are permissible on all lots, most home owners utilize invisible fences for pets. Visual screens are permissible for hot tubs. Metal fences are permitted for pool installation.
