KNIESS Custom Homes are designed and built to fulfill your hearts and dreams.  Whether in Sydney’s Bend subdivision or built to suit on your lot, custom means we never build the same home twice.  We build conventional stick built durable brick homes on both slabs and basements.  We have built a wide variety of custom homes in the Miami Valley including ranches, two stories, split levels, mother-in-law suites and homes with handicap access features.
